This is another decorated paper. I am getting papers ready for an Anne Bagby Artist Swap and for a Stitched Monoprint Squares swap. This was made using black Artagain paper by Strathmore. I used oil pastels and rubbing templates. I put the plate under the paper and rubbed the pastels on top of the paper. I then sprayed with white Webbing Spray. This looks pretty cool in real life.
