Experiments with Monoprinting
Here are some very quickly drawn pears that I practiced doing monoprints with. I found that the later images printed more clearly, and that the first printings are much darker. You will notice the difference between these and the floral prints.
Yum! Delicious pears! Isn't monoprinting FUN? It's one of my fave things to do. I add collage elements to the prints that cannot stand on their own -- always fun to build a piece on a print. That's what Degas did, allegedly.
